Elke Beatriz Riedel is Brazilian. She studied Voice and Music Education at the Escola de Música e Belas Artes do Paraná, and Language and Literature at the Federal University of Paraná. She also studied Voice in São Paulo and at the Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Hamburg, Germany.
Elke performed in many theatres and concert halls in Latin America and Europe and as today she teaches voice and diction for singers at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in the city of Natal, Brazil
